Tibetan Lynx

Tibetan Lynx is also known as "EEE" in Ladakhi Language. There are various Lynx located in different countries like Europe, China, North America, Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh. In Ladakh you can view the Tibetan Lynx Ladakh in Hunder, Panamik and Gya-Miru region of Leh. The populace of Lynx Ladakh is decreasing due to hunting of fur that is very much famous in the market. In various parts of the country the Lynx is becoming extinct. There are almost 50 to 70 species of Lynx in Ladakh region.

Habitat

Tibetan Lynx lives at a high elevation of about 4250 and 4575 m. Tibetan Lynx Ladakh is an animal that climbs excellently. The Lynx is very mysterious and intangible. Lynx Isabellionus chases marmots, hare, Bharal, sheep and goat.

Characteristics

Tibetan Lynx has a sturdy figure and strong limbs. The body color of the Lynx is red and grey spots over the upper parts of the body. Lynx Isabellionus is the intermittent species in Ladakh. The weight of the Lynx Isabellionus is around 20 to 26 kg and the body size is around 85-90 cm. The tail of the Lynx is very short and it is has black color tip.
