Manali
Manali at an height of 2,050 m (6,726 ft) in the Beas River Valley is a hill station located in the mountains of the Himachal Pradesh in India close to the northern end of the Kullu Valley. It is positioned about 270 km north of Shimla, which is the state capital.
Manali with a population of approx. 30,000 is managerially a part of the Kullu district. The small town is the start of an ancient trade route to Ladakh and from there over the Karakoram Pass on to Yarkand and Khotan in the Tarim Basin.
Shimla
Shimla is the capital city of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, situated in northern India. It is surrounded by Mandi and Kullu in the north, Kinnaur in the east, the state of Uttarakhand in the south-east, and Solan and Sirmaur to the south. The altitude of the city ranges from 300 to 2200 metres. Shimla is famous as a hub for India's tourism segment. It is among the top 10 favored entrepreneurial locations in India.

Dalhousie
Dalhousie is a famous Tourist Place in HP (Himachal Pradesh) and it is recognized in 1854 by the British in India. It consist regions like five hills, Kathalagh, Potreyn, Terah, Bakrota and Bhangora. Dalhousie is situated on the western border of the Dhauladhar mountain range of the Himalayas. It is surrounded by snow-rapped peaks. Dalhousie is located between 6,000 and 9,000 feet (2,700 m) above sea level. Dalhousie is a doorway to the ancient and famous hill Chamba state or now district in Himachal Pradesh in India. The best time to visit Dalhousie would be in summer and from May to September one can see the tourists in many folds.
Srinagar
Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir state in India is the summer capital that is situated in the Kashmir Valley and located on the banks of the River Jhelum, a branch or tributary or stream of the River Indus. The city is well-known for its gardens, lakes and houseboats. It is also recognized for traditional Kashmiri handicrafts and dry fruits.
Kullu
Kullu town in Himachal Pradesh state in India is the capital of the Kullu District. Kullu is an extensive open valley created by the Beas River linking between Largi and Manali. This valley is recognized for its widespread Apple Orchards, extensive beauty and its stately hills enclosed with Deodar and Pine wood Forest. The course of the Beas river presents a series of superb, clad with forests of Deodar, towering above trees of Pine on the lower rocky ridges. Kullu valley is sandwiched amid the Pir Panjal, Lower Himalayan and Great Himalayan range.
Dharamsala
Dharamshala earlier known as Bhagsu is a beautiful hill station backdrop to the high snowcapped Dhauladhar ranges and it is the most important township and headquarters of Kangra region in Himachal Pradesh state in India. Dharamshala has dense Deodar and Pine forests with several streams and snowcapped backdrop ranges makes this place a perfect holiday. The Dalai Lama's residence and the headquarters of Central Tibetan Administration and the exiled Tibetan government are located at McLeodGanj, a village inside the Dharamshala municipality.
Kargil
The kargil town is 220 km from leh. It is about halfway to Srinagar from leh. This shia populated town remained a transportation point of trade caravans from Tibet, Central Asia, yarkand enroute Kashmir until 1949. Since ladakh was open to tourist in 1974, the kargil town became a night-halt place for tourists traveling between Srinagar-leh, Zanskar. Kargil, at an elevation of 10,000 feet, has the strong suru river flowing through it once a Buddhist area, this shia Muslim subjugated district was converted to islam in 15th century.
Pahalgam
Pahalgam is a town and a Municipal committee in Anantnag district in India's northernmost state of Jammu and Kashmir. It is a well-liked tourist destination, and every year, many tourists visit Pahalgam. Pahalgam is one amid the five tehsils of Anantnag district and tehsil head quarters are positioned in the main town of Pahalgam. It was once a tourist attraction and a favourite place for shooting of Bollywood films, and is still a health resort. Besides tourist huts, more than a few hotels in private sector have come up here and these hotels provide modern amenities to their guests. A number of treks in this region also begin from Pahalgam, as the 35 km trail traverses through pinewoods to the stunning Kolahoi Glacier.
Sonamarg
Sonamarg is famous tourist attraction in Ganderbal district of the India which is in state of Jammu and Kashmir. In its area Kolhoi Glacier and Machoi Glacier the great Himalayan glaciers of Kashmir Valley are lies. There are number of peaks which have height above 5000 meters like Sirbal Peak, Kolhoi Peak, Amaranth Peak and Machoi Peak lies here. Sonamarg an alpine valley is located at the bank of Nallah Sindh, 87 km north-east from Srinagar, it is a well-liked tourist destination, nestled with in the impressive Himalayan peaks. It lies at an height of 2800 metres above sea level.
