Momo Cuisine
Momo is a famous ladakh cuisine which is made with white flour and water. The dumplings are steamed and served hot with soup and the momo are deep fried and then served hot. Usually the Momo Receipe are made with different varieties of stuffing like ground meat, vegetables, tofu, paneer cheese and vegetables. Momo can be made in a momo-making utensil called mucktoo.
